I offer discounted prices for property maintenance for domestic . If you require a full renovation, little touch-ups or small jobs such as light fitting and picture hanging. We are happy to wallpaper and decorate, new floor and carpet laying. I have property maintenance contracts available and i only charge for the work i carry out, due to some companies charging a monthly fee i believe that my clients should only pay for the work i actually complete.
